How would you rate our free initial consultation?

I found Liz to be very professional but still friendly and easy to talk to. I felt much relieved when I saw what kind of person she was and appreciated her questions regarding my dog, as well as assuming my questions confidentiality. I felt assured she would be responsible and do the best job she could. Our pets were very comfortable around
  her.

 How would you rate the service you have  received from Smiley Petz?
I used the dog walking service for the first time in December after I broke my toe and more recently during moving and I again found liz to be very professional and friendly, attentitive to any concerns or issues. She easily and quite naturally inspires confidence in her clients and I knew I could rely on Liz to care for my dog as if it were her own.

How would you rate your overall satisfaction with our service?

I found Smiley Petz when I was quite desperate and  have been so thankful to have found them. My husband and I have quite high standards for anyone who cares for our pets and I can assuredly confirm Smiley Petz has met and exceeded our very high expectations. Although we are moving out  of the area, we hope to come back to board our dog in the
future.

Smiley Petz is a family run service and is
clearly  guided by family values. It is obvious Liz cares deeply for animals and wants to  provide an excellent service for all the pets who are fortunate enough to be in  her care.
